Another good program that delivers everything it says it will. This
program not only has a very simple to understand
Create-Your-Own-Ringtone window but has a totally free
Create-Your-Own-Wallpaper feature as well. There is no purchase
required to create your own wallpaper. Any part of any song on your
computer and any picture on your computer can be on your phone within
minutes.
Although Ring Factory is advertised at $3 it actually is about $20 for
a lifetime membership but that includes all costs. Twenty bucks for
100, 1000 or more MP3 ringtones.
