Keep your parties fresh and inviting with a new theme every single week.  If you haven't already, read How To Throw a Great Party on CollegeCodex.com.
Graffiti Party
Invite guests to wear white shirts.  Switch out the light bulbs in your house/apartment with black lights.  Pass out plenty of multi-colored highlighters.  The colored ink from highlighters glow under the light, and the visual look is stunning.  Graffiti parties are incredibly popular in college.

Foam Parties
Rent a foam machine, and guests will slip and slide around the house and right into other guests.  Scandalous? Yes. Your guests will love it.

Decade Parties
Asking guests to dress in the style of the decade is a bit, well, dated.  These parties were very popular not too long ago.  The modern college student would rather not spend much money or effort preparing a costume for the night (Halloween is an entirely different story).  Typically, people hosting Decade parties ask guests to dress for a particular time or era.  People who dress up get discounts on their cups.

Tiki Hut and Luau
Caribbean parties invite females to wear their most revealing attire, which certainly invites more guests (as in, the male gender).  Tiki torches, grass shirts, Hawaiian decorations, and Pina Colodas.  Decorations can be found at affordable prices at big box and home improvement stores.

Sexually-Offensive Themes
Pimps and Hoes
CEOs and Office Hoes
Golf Pros and Tennis Hoes
GI Joes and Barbie Hoes
Corporate Lives and Trophy Wives
Dirty Doctors and Naughty Nurses
Secs and Execs
Catholic School

Black and White
Guests may only be admitted if they are dressed in all black clothes or all white clothes.  A stunning result when the rules are followed.

Angels and Devils
While either gender could follow this theme, females usually have the most options to dress up, and they sure do.
